Robotics Workshop with Jonathan Kelly

Dr. Jonathan Kelly is an Dean’s Catalyst Professor at the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies where he directs the Space & Terrestrial Autonomous Robotic Systems (STARS) Laboratory, working to build machines that are pervasive, persistent, and perceptive.
He has also been actively involved with an undergraduate students team in building their own self-driving car on the campus on University of Toronto.

Dr. Jonathan Kelly received his Ph.D. in Computer Science (Robotics) from University of Southern California in 2010. Since then he has worked as a postdoctoral fellow there in Robotic Embedded Systems Laboratory, and then as a postdoctoral associate in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at MIT, before joining as a faculty member at University of Toronto 6 years ago.
